The Burlington Minor Football Association (BMFA) will be holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on:

Who Can Attend?
All members of BMFA are invited to attend the AGM on August 10, 2026. Attendance is restricted to individuals with active membership in good standing, falling under one of the following categories:
- Active Membership: Elected Directors, appointed Governors, coaches, and managers who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, holding their positions from December 1st of the previous calendar year up to and including 14 days prior to the scheduled AGM.
- Participant Membership: All registered players who are eighteen (18) years of age or older OR parents/guardians of all registered players seventeen (17) years of age or younger, who have paid participation fees in any BMFA program running from December 1st of the previous calendar year up to and including 14 days prior to the scheduled AGM.
How Do I Attend the AGM?
Members wishing to attend the AGM must notify BMFA of their intention. Once membership is confirmed, an invitation to the virtual meeting will be provided via email. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one (1) vote.

What Is Discussed at the AGM?
The AGM agenda, along with the invitation, will outline the following discussions:
- Financial statements
- Report of the auditor
- Reports from the Directors of organizational programming
- Election of board of directors
Voting by Proxy
Members unable to attend the AGM may vote by proxy. To vote by proxy, members must complete a proxy form appointing another BMFA member as their proxy holder. Proxy holders must attend the AGM on August 10, 2026 at 6:30 pm.
Proxy forms must be submitted via email to sandra.dubreuil@burlingtonfootball.ca no later than September 20th, 2025, at 6:30 pm to be valid.
